CTC Component Analysis
Infosys uses a Basic Salary split of approximately 45% of CTC. It features a Basket of Allowances (BOA) which includes fuel reimbursements, telephone, and medical, allowing some tax optimization under the old regime. PF contributions are standard (12% of basic).
